Job Summary:

Chargebee is looking for a Director, Solution Marketing to play a key role in scaling our Marketing efforts to a wide variety of industries and buying centers that benefit from a subscription revenue model. As a core leader within the Marketing organization, you’ll create the strategy and drive the execution of new Solution-oriented marketing efforts to bring us closer to our customers and their needs. To be successful in this role, you’ll have a customer-centric attitude, a flair for both strategy and execution, and an appreciation for working collaboratively in a fast-paced, globally diverse environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define a Solution Marketing framework for Chargebee that aligns with core buying centers within our customers’ and prospects’ organizations — including the CTO, CFO, and Digital lines of business — and drive consistent roles and responsibilities, expectations, KPIs, and career paths for the growing Solution Marketing team
  • Drive Solution Marketing execution on end-to-end solution marketing programs and experiences in collaboration with stakeholders across the business, including core solution positioning and messaging; content strategy; thought leadership; events; demand generation campaigns; sales support; partnerships and co-marketing
  • Proactively partner with key stakeholder groups across the business, including product marketing, demand generation, sales, customer support, partnerships, and product management, to translate internal SaaS and product domain knowledge into relevant, meaningful value propositions and differentiated Chargebee experiences for specific line of business audiences

Skills and Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ years in marketing management, with time spent growing and developing teams of individual contributors.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships across global cultures
  • Ability to think creatively to come up with workable solutions
  • Previous experience as a seller or sales manager with international business exposure, a bonus
  • Global SaaS and B2B experience preferred
