Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Integrated Campaigns & GTM Plays to create and lead our global B2B upmarket ABM, integrated campaign and sales play vision, concept intake, prioritization, design, creation, and execution process. You will be a leader that can work collaboratively and cross functionally across marketing and sales to create and take our global Enterprise campaign strategy to the highest level of scale and performance.
In this hands-on role you will own both global campaign strategy and execution. You will create the overall global campaign ideation process as well as develop, design, and implement the campaign and sales play creation and execution playbook in close partnership with our Creative, Design, Content, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, SDR (sales development representatives), Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, Operations and Sales Enablement teams.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering on Enterprise campaign KPIs including top of funnel metrics (MQAs) as well as BDR activities, meetings, pipeline and revenue targets. You will have a deep understanding of campaign metrics, contact databases, segmentation, CRM (FreshSales, Salesforce) systems as well as the marketing (Hubspot, 6Sense, Influ2, G2, Capterra, etc.) and BDR (ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Sendoso) technology stacks.
Reporting into this role will be a campaign specialist, an email marketing specialist as well as 3 data/market research specialists.
This role will report to the Global VP of Demand Generation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate the vision for outbound as well as both traditional and ABM-focused campaigns and sales plays designed primarily for new logo prospects as well as for customers and partners
- Establish a strong understanding of Chargebee’s ideal customer profiles and contact personas, establish intelligent segmentation and develop a flexible global campaign creation and execution framework and playbook for different segments.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and BDR teams to develop multichannel campaigns and sales plays to support regional marketing and sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Drive towards aggressive online/offline lead and pipeline generation targets with shared sales/marketing ownership
- Build a library of top priority sales plays that can be leveraged by SDRs, BDRs and AEs on an ongoing basis with pre-built cadences, dynamically generated account lists, enablement resources and a regular process for updating sales play contact lists
- Measure and communicate the ROI and impact of ABM campaigns and sales plays globally
- Design and create marketing-driven campaigns for every stage of the funnel and work closely with regional marketing and BDR teams for execution.
- Work hand in hand with revenue operations, global and regional BDR and sales leadership to develop outbound sales plays as well as orchestrated marketing/sales integrated ABM programs to achieve aggressive sales-driven meetings, pipeline and revenue targets
