Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Setup, Manage and Support for IT setups such as Office access, Meeting Rooms, WiFi and other networks for Chargebee offices in Bethesda, MD & Salt Lake City as well as ad-hoc meeting venues
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of all US employees
  • Oversee IT Assets in the US including procurement, replacements, managing repairs and collecting back the assets.
  • Coordinate with the existing asset management vendor in US and manage the transition to in-house asset management
  • Assist and support the IT Compliance team during systems, access and assets audits
  • Act as an IT support engineer to troubleshoot desktop and IT systems issues as a part of the Global Corporate IT Support team with support requests related to the US offices

Must Have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Systems or Support Engineer role or equivalent position, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving issues on macOS and Windows devices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and procurement.
  • Experience with managing office moves, overseeing vendors managing technology installations in and around the office.
  • Extensive experience in setting up facilities and IT infrastructure for mid-sized companies (750 or more employees), including networking, office setups, and meeting room configurations.
  • Strong experience in developing IT asset management policies and procedures, with a keen understanding of best practices in asset lifecycle management.
  • Good experience in developing IT standard operating procedures
