Job Summary:

Business Development Representative - Scaleup - North America Market 

We're looking for energetic, driven professionals with strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our dynamic business development team. Ideal candidates are eager to progress through a clear learning and earning path. BDRs develop and qualify revenue opportunities in North America by working closely with a dedicated Account Executive(s). We’re looking for highly motivated, tenacious self-starters for this role. This role is hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel Chargebee's sales pipeline.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 100-500 employees).
  • Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, sending LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Important to note:

  • This is a role that requires you to work from 9am-5pm or equivalent daily hours
  • This is a hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office in Lehi, Utah).
