Job Summary:

We're looking for a driven enterprise sales professional to join our high-performing team and help expand our presence across D2C and B2B markets. In this role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle from outbound pipeline generation to multi-threaded discovery, demos, and close, targeting enterprise organizations looking to modernize their billing and retention strategies.

You’ll handle a defined geography, develop tailored outreach using use-case-driven content, and communicate Chargebee’s solutions' measurable ROI. You’ll have the backing of a collaborative team, including technical solutions experts, customer success, marketing, and revenue operations to support your success at every stage of the sales cycle.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complex deal cycles, understands the subscription ecosystem, and brings a proactive, insight-led approach to enterprise sales.

 



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attain annual sales quotas by landing and expanding strategic target accounts
  • Own your desk and generate 4x pipeline by driving outbound prospecting campaigns, leveraging use-case driven marketing content, and case studies  
  • Lead high-value discovery and demo calls, multi-threading into enterprise organizations, helping our largest customers realize value 
  • Articulate Chargebee revenue growth management ROI-based value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients while understanding the subscription billing and competitive landscape.
  • Innovate and maintain a growth mindset while educating our customers on best practices in billing, retention, and revenue recognition as they transform their businesses 
  • Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle, in collaboration with solutions consultants, internal executives, customer success, and legal/finance teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience selling products in billing, payments, subscriptions, ERP, CPQ, RevRec, or usage-based infrastructure
  • Understanding the challenges of scaling PLG to enterprise, quote-to-cash, and global compliance
  • Experience running a multi-threaded deal using MEDDPIC or a similar rigorous qualification framework
  • Familiarity with fintech
