Job Summary:
The CRO & Funnel Analytics Specialist will be part of the inbound marketing team and will be responsible for improving the website conversion rates and will focus on optimising the full-funnel analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor the performance of our funnels and conversion rates across multiple channels (organic and paid).

Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve conversions and optimise cost across various campaigns using personalisation, A/B testing and other website experiments.

Own the customer experience and conversion paths on the website and work on improving and optimising them.

Continuously work on website improvement based on user data analysis using analytics, heat maps, session recordings, etc.

Create a roadmap of optimisation opportunities to improve the inbound marketing KPIs.

Track and report on CRO initiatives, including progress against goals, test results, and impact on business metrics.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO to continually improve the effectiveness of CRO initiatives

Be the go-to person in the org for all this conversion optimisation.
Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in the domain of CRO and funnel analytics from a SaaS company.

Familiarity with tools like GA, TagManager, DataStudio, A/B testing tools, etc.

A deep understanding of CRO best practices and funnel analytics across channels.

A good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
