Job Summary:

The CRO & Funnel Analytics Specialist will be part of the inbound marketing team and will be responsible for improving the website conversion rates and will focus on optimising the full-funnel analytics. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor the performance of our funnels and conversion rates across multiple channels (organic and paid). 

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve conversions and optimise cost across various campaigns using personalisation, A/B testing and other website experiments. 

  • Own the customer experience and conversion paths on the website and work on improving and optimising them. 

  • Continuously work on website improvement based on user data analysis using analytics, heat maps, session recordings, etc. 

  • Create a roadmap of optimisation opportunities to improve the inbound marketing KPIs. 

  • Track and report on CRO initiatives, including progress against goals, test results, and impact on business metrics.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO to continually improve the effectiveness of CRO initiatives

  • Be the go-to person in the org for all this conversion optimisation. 

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in the domain of CRO and funnel analytics from a SaaS company.

  • Familiarity with tools like GA, TagManager, DataStudio, A/B testing tools, etc. 

  • A deep understanding of CRO best practices and funnel analytics across channels. 

  • A good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
