As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers across EMEA. You’ll combine technical know-how with a customer-first approach to ensure every workflow, integration, and new use case drives business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reliable operations → Their billing, payments, and revenue flows run smoothly, giving teams more time to focus on growth.
  • Faster launches → New pricing models, products, or market entries go live quicker because you guide them through Chargebee’s best practices.
  • Smarter decisions → They get clear insights into adoption and usage, helping leadership see where revenue opportunities are being unlocked.
  • Confidence to scale → With your technical guidance, customers know Chargebee can handle their next stage of growth — without surprises.
  • A true partner → Customers feel heard because their feedback and needs are brought directly into Chargebee’s product direction.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2–4 years in a techno-functional role (TSM, Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales Engineer, etc.).
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations. Enthusiasm with AI.
  • Understanding of subscription and payment operations (chargebacks, declines, reconciliation) or ability and interest to be a self learner on these concepts.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical details for both developers and executives.
  • A track record of enabling customer outcomes like adoption, retention, or expansion.
  • German language skills to support EMEA customers.
