About the Team
The Chargebee Marketing team is a creative, high-impact group of marketers working across regions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and fellow Field Marketers to design and deliver programs that support Sales and Customer teams. Together, the team focuses on building thoughtful, data-driven campaigns that drive pipeline, deepen account engagement, and support growth across the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own Account-Based Marketing for EMEA

Take ownership of ABM-driven pipeline creation across EMEA

Design programs that engage target accounts throughout the buying journey

Make smart prioritization decisions to maximize impact and ROI
Be a true partner to Sales and Customer teams

Act as the primary marketing partner for EMEA Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives

Build strong, trusted relationships through close collaboration and consistent follow-through

Bring ideas, insights, and structure that help AEs engage the right accounts at the right time

Equip Sales with clear plays, compelling messaging, and practical tools they can actually use
Design and execute ABM programs

Build and run 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM programs end-to-end, with a focus on increasing the effectiveness of outbound prospecting through creative campaigns

Translate ICP challenges and buying triggers into creative, effective plays

Use a mix of channels and tactics in partnership with the Integrated Campaigns team, including digital, events, gifting, direct mail, and executive programs- to move accounts forward

Experiment, learn, and iterate quickly based on results
Lead through collaboration

Work closely with tradeshows, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure timely, personalized follow-up and to maximize the impact of shared efforts

Clearly represent Sales needs within Marketing, and Marketing capabilities back to Sales
Skills and Experience (required)
-
Deeply versed in ICPs, buyer needs, pain points, persona-targeted messaging, and market dynamics

Hands-on work experience with ABM and/or field marketing in B2B environments

Commercially minded: you understand what moves deals forward

Confident and clear written and oral communication skills

Ability to work effectively across teams and enjoy cross-functional collaboration

Strong project management experience - you have run initiatives end-to-end

Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments

Creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach

Ability to work in the office at least two days per week

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time based on business needs

Nice to have (preferred):

4+ years of experience in B2B go-to-market roles, including customer-facing roles (BDR, Sales, Customer Success), and at least 2 years in a marketing role

Strong experience working directly with Sales and quota-carrying Account Executives

Background in a Sales or BDR role with a transition into Marketing

Hands-on experience with ABM or field marketing in B2B environments

Experience in SaaS, fintech, or subscription-based businesses is a plus

Bachelor’s degree
